Your brand should feel like home.  If it doesn't, you're allowed to keep searching.

When WinTwice Consulting came to us, they’d already tried on a few branding directions. None of them fit. They needed a logo that truly represented them, and a brand built around it that felt like the business they were building.

WinTwice coaches executives, leaders, and elite athletes to perform at the highest level without sacrificing their joy, relationships, or purpose. Win the outer game, and win the inner game too. That’s a big idea, and the brand needed to be big enough to carry it.

first, we listened

We didn’t start with visuals. We started with conversation.

Every client goes through a branding exercise before we ever open a design file. We ask about where the business is headed, what the people behind it care about, and the personality the brand should have. Some of the questions we ask get clients thinking about their business in ways they never have before.

With WinTwice, we also took a hard look at the directions that hadn’t worked and asked why.

The answers were clear. They wanted bold, energizing color. They wanted something that felt like forward motion. And they wanted a brand that could stand next to the elite performers they coach without blinking.

Our clients know their businesses better than anyone. Our job is to ask the questions that draw out their vision, and listen closely enough to give it a shape.

two flames, two wins

The brand is built to capture the intensity of elite performance while leaving room to breathe. It gave WinTwice the bold color and forward motion they asked for, and it mirrors how they coach with drive and balance working together instead of pulling against each other.

It starts with the twin flame. Two flames lean into each other to form the W at the heart of WinTwice: one for the inner game, one for the outer game. Two flames, two wins, angled forward like they’re already in motion. Stack the icon above the wordmark, and the flame lands right over the T—a quiet nod to an Olympic torch.

The color comes straight from the fire. Twice Flame, a confident orange, leads everything, backed by Rising Flame, Limitless Fire, and Ignition Gold. Foundation Ember, a deep near-black, gives all that heat somewhere to land. Then there’s Momentum Mint, used sparingly as a hit of calm and balance, or a built-in rest break during an endurance workout. It reminds you that winning twice means taking care of the inner game too.

The gradients move from deep warmth to sharp contrast, carrying that same two-sided idea through the rest of the system. Two sets of flowing lines, inspired by movement and breath, echo the twin flame, and the wide, italic headline type leans forward the same way the mark does.

Then it was time to bring it to life, from business cards and presentation templates to brand guidelines and a brand-new website.

### does your brand feel like home?

The final brand identity for WinTwice didn’t invent a new story.  It gave shape to the one that was there all along. And honestly, we’re a little proud of this one. Seeing it live on their website, bold and unmistakably theirs, reminds us why we do this.

We approach every brand the same way: listen first, nurture the vision, and grow it with intention.

Whether you’re about to launch, or you’ve been around for a while with a logo that never quite clicked, it’s worth asking if your branding is telling the right story. You don’t have to keep building on something that doesn’t fit.

*Your brand should feel like home.* If it doesn't, let's talk.
